• All jobs are treated in the strictest confidence.
• A 55% deposit is payable for the installation to commence.
• Prices quoted are for this quotation only and are valid for 30 days.
• Final payment is due on the commissioning day of the completed installation.
• Pending full payment of our charges, we reserve and retain full ownership of the equipment supplied.
• Our workmanship is guaranteed to the highest standard, callouts are not charged for 30 days after commissioning date.
• All products supplied are guaranteed for 12, 24 or 36 months according to warranty and are fully supported providing the terms of warranty are met.
• An unauthorised third party working on any part of the surveillance system and/or network could result in negation of the warranty.
• Power supplies (PSUs) do not carry a warranty.
• Callouts are charged at R450 p.h. for surveillance issues and R550 p.h. for IT issues plus travel at R195 per trip in Cape Town. Out of town travel charged at R4.00 per km.
• Authorised additional civils, electrical work, cable, labour and/or products will be charged separately.
• FORCE MAJEURE- Verivision shall not be liable for damages or for any delays or default caused by conditions beyond its control, including acts of God, wars, insurrections, failure of suppliers, contractors and carriers, and client changes.
• Signed acceptance of the quotation serves as a binding agreement between Verivision and the client. Cancellation after signature will result in a cancellation fee.
• Verivision reserves the right to revise the quoted price if upon commencement it is revealed there is additional equipment and labour required
• Verivision reserves the right to supply equipment from a different manufacturer, but to the same specifications as quoted.
